Our Neighborhood, Our City
Katy, Texas is located within Harris, Fort Bend and Waller counties,
with a population of  over 134,000 (2005). Katy represents a nice
way to enjoy a safe, friendly family environment while still being
close enough to the big city to enjoy the cultural diversity,
entertainment, and business. Housing in Katy is affordable and
families can reside in subdivisions that include swimming pools
and many other amenities for their residents. Whatever you want to
do, Katy offers it with restaurants and groceries of every ethnicity,
retail stores, and shopping malls including Katy Mills, as well as
cultural and family fun events.

Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that is served by
44 schools including six high schools, with four schools to be
added in the 2008 school year. Rated academically acceptable by
the Texas Education Agency, Katy ISD offers an outstanding
instructional program with facilities, equipment and materials that
are among the best in the state, as well as its own Police
Department, special programs, AP courses, electives and many
other student choices in education and extracurricular activities.
There is a very low student-to-teacher ratio throughout the
classrooms. This, along with a supportive community, contributes to
the outstanding academic achievements of our students.

Westfield Terra/Estates is conveniently located to all that Katy and
the surrounding area has to offer.  Neighbors introduce themselves
when you move in, parents chat around the pool, and children play
ball in the streets.  The community residents work together to
accomplish their goals for the subdivsion and explore ways in which
to enrich not only their subdivsion, but the community of Katy.
